1. What means what
In this Policy:
"personal information" means any information or opinion about a living natural person (whether or not true), including information that can reasonably be used to identify a specific natural person;
"we," "us," "our," and "IIII London" are references to Four Eyes London Ltd and its related companies from time to time; and "you" and "your" means a natural person whose personal information we have collected.

3.1 We collect personal information in a number of ways, including:
(a) where you provide information directly to us, including through our website or when you participate in promotions or competitions run by us;
(b) where you interact directly with our employees and such other persons acting for us or on our behalf, such as our customer service team, including from electronic queries sent to us via email;
(c) where you provide information directly to us during a recruitment process;
(d) from third parties, such as our service providers;
(e) through referrals from individuals or other entities;
(f) through marketing and business development events;
(g) where you provide feedback to us;
(h) from related entities in our corporate group; and

If we do comply with your request, or you choose to not provide your personal information to us, or you provide us with inaccurate or incorrect information, we may not have sufficient information to conduct our business and we may be limited:

3.3 As part of our operations we collect personal information. The specific personal information that we may collect or hold will depend on the context in which we collect it, and may include your name, telephone or mobile phone number, addresses, banking details, credit card information, tax file number, details of transactions you conduct through our website or through other channels and of the fulfilment of your orders, information about your eyeglass prescription, and any other personal information you or a person ostensibly authorized by you submits to us, as well any other information that we consider necessary (such as information about your opinions) to perform our functions and activities (which may include details of your visits to our website and information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies including your IP address and domain name, your browser version and operating system, traffic data, location data, web logs and other communication data, and the resources that you access).

4. Types of information we collect and share
These data are provided spontaneously by visitors to take advantage of the interactive activities offered by the Site. In particular, Four Eyes London may request personal information in some sections of the site, such as name, surname, date of birth, email address, etc. This may happen, for example, if you require to receive newsletters. We may also collect personal information from our users on third parties, for example where the Site allows the user to send an email to direct someone to our site or send them an active promotion. In this case, we will know the name and e-mail address of the recipient and the user who has provided them declares to have obtained the necessary consent from the recipient.
4.1 This information will only be used for the intended purpose (sending e-mail) and Four Eyes London will not contact third parties any further unless they contact us.
Except where not otherwise indicated, the personal data supplied will be used exclusively to manage and respond to the requests of the user/visitor, thus constituting the contractual and pre-contractual implementation of this processing.
In each of the above-mentioned sections of the Site where personal data are collected for each different purposes, there are specific Privacy policies explaining the details of the processings, as well as any requests for consent to the processing of personal data for marketing and even profiled purposes (for more details click here), for which the specific consents are the legal basis of the processings.
4.2 The user/visitor is in any case asked to refrain from entering special categories of personal data, i.e. those that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical convictions, or union membership, as well as processing genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data related to the health or sex life or sexual orientation of the person, since they cannot be treated further without consent and must be eliminated.
In conducting our operations, we may share some of your personal information with, or receive personal information from, third parties such as outsourced service providers and contractors. Unless you have agreed otherwise, these parties are not allowed to use your personal information for any other purpose except to assist in conducting our business. 4.3 From time to time, we may transfer your personal information to overseas recipients (including our related companies and any relevant third parties) if it is necessary to conduct our business. We currently have operations in Australia, the United States and Europe and personal information is disclosed to recipients in those jurisdictions. We also use cloud-based solutions such as Shopify, NetSuite and EDI that store personal information securely primarily in the United States and Europe. We may from time to time expand our operations and/or change the cloud-based or other solutions used to store personal information.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that our service providers provide commitments relating to privacy and confidentiality which require the service provider to limit its use of your personal information and to protect your personal information against misuse, loss and unauthorized access. Where you are based in the UK or elsewhere in the European Economic Area (EEA), and we transfer your personal information outside of the EEA, we will impose the same data protection safeguards that we deploy inside the EEA on applicable third parties.

Four Eyes London care deeply about the privacy of its visitors and users. To that end, this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Four Eyes London Ltd., together with its affiliated companies worldwide (“Four Eyes”, “IIIILondon”, “our”, or “us”), collect, use, and share your Personal Information, as well as an explanation of the data rights you may have in regards to personal information.

Kind of the data provision and consequences of refusal.
The provision of personal data above by users/visitors is automatic (therefore, mandatory) in the case of browsing the site for navigation data, optional for data provided voluntarily (see the Cookie Policy for cookies). However, failure to give optional data, in the case of those with an asterisk, will result in the impossibility of being able to enjoy certain functionalities of the Site and the requested activities. Your data will be processed by Four Eyes London employees or collaborators, specifically trained on the treatment and any digital service providers appointed as data controllers.
Data may be communicated, subject to release of your optional and specific consent, to Four Eyes London who will use them for its profiled marketing purposes but will not be disclosed to other third parties except for legal obligations or judicial authorities and will not be disseminated in any way.

6. Storage, security, and retention of personal information

7.3 How to stop marketing messages from Four Eyes London
You can control the marketing communications you receive from us through the Contact Preferences section of your Four eyes London account. You also have the following options:
